well, Symore herring finally decided to spawn.  The fishermen went out
yesterday, might have to go to work in a few...*sigh* I'm ready for the
weekend off, but I want the money, too...I hate it when that happens,
don't you?  Then, next week, on May 6th we have a tramper ( a REALLY BIG
boat) coming to take away just about ALL of the herring...*sigh* I doubt
I'll be able to make the May 8th date in Vampyres comrades, *shrugs* I
have the sinking feeling I'll be somewhere withing a deep dark frozen
hole trying to pry out the totes I cramed in and cursing myself for
putting them in so tightly *giggles*

Last couple of days I've been doint herring roe on kelp.  Yep, that's
right, fish eggs on weeds.  Spendy stuff, actually, and one of the few
roe products I actually like, too. *grin* Kelp is all cripy crunchy
*giggles*  Basically ALL I did for two 12 hour shifts was pull some
totes full of kelp and take them over to the egg room, then, after a
while, I'd go back and pick up a pallete of packaged kelp and bring it
back to the van dock...*laughs*  Easy Money.  Too easy.

Also these past few days spring as arrived with a vengence and it's been
HOT!!!  I'm not at all used to this.  Nearly killed me the other day,
walking into the sunshine was like walking into a brick wall.  Wonder
what the summer is gonna be like??

My dad finally got icq fer his new pewter.  We'll give him a chance to
figure it out first before we let him loose on ya *grin*

I finalllly got a fonts page up, there are links to it from the index
page and the streetmaps page so far...so, if ya want the fonts I've been
using to create that bloody monstrosity they are there now.

and now it's time for massive amounts of coffee, just in case I DO have
to go in and do herring stuff
